Rotation fix :P

I was gone for a bit, and turns out that the latest version before I left (V4.2) had a rotation speed double that was created via a slip of my finger.
Rotation speed was at an insane value of 50, leading to insane rotation speed. I have re-tested it and moved it down to a reasonable 3.
Also, speed and acceleration also match IRL bots better.
